My personal approach to coaching is multi dimensional.
One size does not fit all, and no one wants to spend more time with a coach than is actually necessary. The objective behind effective coaching is to have the leaders effectively making change and growing companies.
Solution Focus helps to pin point and identify what needs to be resolved and establish early attainable goals.
Ideally we start with 6 - 8 sessions.
If we decide to meet longer the final decision will always be yours. You are in control of this process.

In his career Jeff has been responsible for Counseling, Consulting and Coaching to a diverse population.
Jeffrey has consulted on topics including behavioral health and organizational effectiveness. He has conducted a variety of speeches, workshops and symposium addressing a wide range of issues pertinent to improving the performance of individual health, company expansion and organizational development.
Jeffrey holds degrees in Counseling, Psychology, Industrial Organizational Behavior, Addictions and Sexual Dysfunction. Additionally, Jeffrey has been trained and certified in Leadership and Motivational Behaviors.
